We provide support to most-to-all the technology that exists in our homes.  The fact that technology is constantly growing in our homes, it becomes a task to install, configure, and maintain various devices.  Our professionally trained technicians provide our communities with services that include computer upkeep and maintenance, home printer installations, game console installations and configurations, firestick installations and configurations, ring doorbell and home camera configurations, and more.  

We train, certify, and deploy the next generation of technology servicing technicians. The training received is specialized and adapted to the in-home community after the pandemic.  Today, more people in our communities work from home than ever before in history.  Our operations provide the missing tech support that is much needed in our homes.  We are building office facilities where we conduct our training and provide maintenance on tech devices that are brought in. 

We are a non-profit organization and we treat all our customers with a personalized, and empathetic support approach.  All Service Members are customer friendly and share the common goal to provide genuine, trustworthy services to the community.  We share agreement forms and pledge customer security to all data in the household.  Our pricing is community friendly and we offer special rates to our senior citizens, veterans, and full-time college students.  We hold community gatherings including: Facility Launch Events,  Promotional Events, Marketing Campaigns, and more.  

We have established business partnerships which gives us the ability to provide exclusive technology device sales.  Our services are provided on a subscription basis, or by a one-time service charge.  Financing is available to anyone.  Candidates looking to become certified Technology Service Technicians can use third-party sponsors, or Tuition Reimbursement Companies for financing.

All proceeds earned are cycled back into the organization to continuously improve technology support to our communities.  We are frontrunners in providing the community with up-to-date technology services at the same level that is received in a large office environment.  We look to build community relations and want to be your “one-stop-shop” to take care of all your technology needs in the home.
