Our Story:

The founders of our company share decades of experience in the fields of technology, organization infrastructure, and customer service.  Each founder shares a genuine common interest in bridging the gap of the technology support that is given in a large office environment and the lack of support available in our homes.  After years of research, community surveys, and consumer engagement, a plan was put in place to best provide technology support in the much needed areas of the home.    During the development of the operations of this organization, many obstacles were found.  Instead of finding a workaround to these obstacles, permanent solutions became the staple of resolving any matters experienced.  This is our approach to identifying the needs of our community and creating professional solutions to address them.  Our goal is to become a dependable “household name” to call on to address any technology needs in the home.
